The Delhi Fall Art show will open on Saturday, October 30 at Delhi’s Perfect Blend. It will run through Saturday, November 20. Although still in the organization stages, this year’s fall art show will likely feature a few new things.
Last year’s fall art show included a theme: the art and beauty of Delhi. To go along with that theme, this year’s fall art show will feature a harvest theme. If you have some photographs or other art that fall within the theme or if you have some harvest-related ideas, now is the time to begin getting things together or working on those ideas. All art will be welcome and appreciated, but art relating to the harvest theme will be the first to be displayed.
Once again, the fall art show will include opening and closing receptions featuring music. Anyone interested in performing at either or both of the receptions can call 209-678-7190. Local Christian band BOOK is tentatively scheduled.

The Delhi Spring Art Show will close this weekend following a three week fun at Delhi’s Perfect Blend. The closing reception will feature two local bands: 2 Seconds 2 Eternity and BOOK.
Several local artists have had their pieces on display during the course of the most recent show. Artwork includes photographs, digitally enhanced photographs, acrylic paintings, digital filter paintings and other media. BOOK performed at the opening reception on April 17 and welcomed the opportunity to return for the closing reception.
This spring’s opening reception had a higher attendance than previous opening receptions.
