Friends and family gathered at Two Guys Catering in Turlock on Saturday, January 28 to celebrate with Roger Maxwell as he turned 40.

Maxwell is one of the youth leaders at St. Francis Episcopal Church. Last weekend, youth from throughout the Central Valley attended Snow Camp. This year’s theme was “Got God?”.

A delicious dinner for the birthday celebration included shrimp and chocolate covered strawberries for appetizers, a choice of fruit salad or green salad, steak, chicken and fettucini. Maxwell enjoyed the festivities with his friends, family and church family.

You only turn 40 once,” he said.

Maxwell is the owner and operator of Max’s Catering. In addition to catering events, he does some personal chef work for small at-home dinners.

Happy 40th birthday, Roger!
